This Privacy Policy explains how SEO Strategist accesses, uses, stores and shares information when users connect Google services or otherwise use the application.

1. About SEO Strategist

SEO Strategist is an advertising, search analytics and digital marketing management platform. It is designed to help authorized marketers analyze and manage search advertising, organic search visibility, landing pages and related marketing workflows.

The application may connect to Google Ads and Google Search Console through Google APIs after a user explicitly authorizes access through Google OAuth 2.0.

2. Google Account Information We Access

SEO Strategist only accesses Google data for accounts and properties that the authenticated user is authorized to access.

Google Ads

When Google Ads access is authorized, the application may access information such as:

Google Ads customer and account identifiers
Campaign and campaign configuration information
Campaign budgets and bidding information
Ad groups
Ads and advertising assets
Keywords and keyword match types
Negative keywords
Search terms
Landing-page URLs
Impressions
Clicks
Advertising cost and CPC
CTR
Conversions and conversion values when available
Other advertising performance metrics returned by the Google Ads API

Where campaign-management functionality is enabled, authorized users may also use the application to create or modify supported Google Ads resources such as campaigns, budgets, ad groups, ads, keywords, negative keywords and targeting settings.

The application does not obtain a user's Google password.

Google Search Console

When Search Console access is authorized, the application may access information including:

Search Console properties the user can access
Search queries
Clicks
Impressions
Click-through rate
Average search position
Page URLs
Search performance by page or query
URL indexing and crawl information
Google-selected and user-declared canonical information

3. How Google User Data Is Used

Google user data is used only to provide functionality requested by the authorized user.

This may include:

Displaying Google Ads performance reports
Analyzing campaign and keyword performance
Identifying search terms that generate advertising spend
Identifying search terms associated with conversions
Analyzing landing-page performance and relevance
Monitoring campaign performance over selected date ranges
Generating advertising optimization recommendations
Displaying Search Console search performance
Analyzing organic queries and landing pages
Inspecting Google indexing and crawl status
Supporting user-authorized advertising management workflows

Google user data is not sold to third parties.

Google user data is not used to create advertising profiles for unrelated third-party advertising.

4. Google OAuth and Authentication Tokens

Google services are connected using Google OAuth 2.0.

The application may store OAuth access tokens and refresh tokens on the application server so that authorized Google API access can continue without requiring the user to repeatedly reconnect the account.

OAuth credentials and refresh tokens are stored server-side and are not intentionally exposed to browser-side JavaScript or public application pages.

A user may revoke the application's Google access at any time through their Google Account permissions.

5. Optional AI Analysis

SEO Strategist includes optional AI-assisted analysis features. AI analysis can be enabled or disabled by the user.

When the user enables an AI analysis feature, limited information relevant to the requested analysis may be provided to an AI service provider such as OpenAI for the purpose of generating that requested analysis.

Depending on the feature selected, this information may include advertising metrics, search terms, Search Console data, landing-page information or other marketing data displayed in the analysis.

AI analysis is optional. Google Ads and Search Console reporting functionality can be used without enabling the AI analysis layer.

6. Data Sharing

We do not sell Google user data.

Information may only be shared with service providers when necessary to operate functionality requested by the user, maintain the application or provide authorized processing such as optional AI analysis.

Service providers are not granted independent rights to use Google user data for unrelated purposes.

Information may also be disclosed where required by law, regulation or valid legal process.

7. Data Storage and Retention

Application configuration, authorized Google account mappings, OAuth credentials and analysis records may be stored on the application's server infrastructure.

Analysis snapshots may be retained so users can review historical reports and compare performance over time.

Data is retained only for as long as reasonably necessary to provide the application's functionality, maintain authorized integrations, satisfy legitimate operational requirements or comply with applicable legal obligations.

Users may request deletion of stored application data by contacting us using the address provided below.

8. Security

Reasonable technical and organizational measures are used to protect application data and credentials.

These measures include server-side credential handling, encrypted HTTPS connections and restricting access to administrative and API credentials.

No online system can guarantee absolute security. Users should promptly revoke Google authorization and contact us if they believe their account connection has been compromised.

9. User Controls and Revocation

Users control whether Google accounts are connected to SEO Strategist.

Google authorization may be revoked through the user's Google Account security and third-party access settings.

Revoking Google authorization prevents the application from obtaining new Google API access through that authorization.

Users may also contact us to request deletion of stored account mappings, tokens or analysis information associated with their use of the application.

10. Google API Services User Data Policy

SEO Strategist's use and transfer to any other app of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

11. Automated and Authorized Management Workflows

The application may support automated or assisted marketing workflows that use authorized Google Ads API access.

Such workflows operate within the permissions granted by the authenticated Google user and the Google Ads accounts available to that user.

Automated or assisted workflows may analyze performance data, prepare recommendations or perform supported advertising actions where the user has configured or authorized those capabilities.

12. Children's Privacy

SEO Strategist is a professional marketing and advertising tool and is not directed to children.

13. Changes to This Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy may be updated as the application changes, new integrations are introduced or legal and platform requirements evolve.
